Prepare Drawings for Building Permit Application
Liaison with city officials and general contractor as required
Exterior design coordination & specifications
Sub-consultant’s coordination
Interior Design Consulting

PHASE 3Project Design Support & Interior Design Specifications

Liaison with city officials and general contractor as required
Liaison with client and builder throughout building phases
On site design consulting with Client and Builder (including design support of specifications and interior finishing)
Exterior design coordination & specifications
