We are an architectural design firm, however we work with our clients to search for and vet a general contractor for their project. This is intentional, as it allows us to advocate for you as our client and gives us flexibility to operate remotely if the project is outside our locale.
Phase 1 (concept design) can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, depending on project size, zoning requirements, and communication. Project design from start to finish largely depends on the project size, complexity, and other defining factors. Check out our About Us page for a description of our 3-phase process.
We are located in British Columbia, Canada, but provide our services across North America and Europe. We utilize online video conferencing in addition to in-person property visits.
Our full-service design team is equipped to design all structures and complete master site planning on your property. While residential design is our forte, we design for many purposes. Shops and garages, coach houses, commercial office renovations, party barns, and much more make up our portfolio. In addition, Quinis Equestrian is our division dedicated to designing custom barns, riding arenas, and full equestrian facilities. We are involved from conception to move-in. Check out our About Us page to read more about our phase 3 (build phase) involvement. We also offer full-service project management. We are here for any questions you may have during the permit, building phase, and anytime afterward.
